Drinkers who can limit their drinks between two to six drinks in a week have lower risks of catching any cardiovascular disease.

#. Men can have one or two drinks in a day

#. Older men or women should also not exceed one drink in a day

Excessive Beer Drinking Side-Effects

#1. Increase Blood Sugar Level

Excessive beer drinking can lead to increased blood sugar level. The glycogen present in beer gets converted into glucose which is later released in the blood. The alcohol content in beer can lead to binge eating at times.

#2. High-Calorie Content

Commercial beer brands are high in calories. If you are planning to lose weight, then do not drink beer. The liver converts the alcohol into acetate which is later, burnt into energy leaving the excess fats in the body to rest on your belly or hips.

Very Informative article!!!!!! Every coin has two sides just like that drinking too much has side effects and drinking moderately has good effects. It totally depends on you.
