Sometimes, the simplest things in life can be the most difficult ones. Like how to find the area of a circle? If you are a student or someone who left school not a long while ago, then you probably know the answer to this question, and if you are an adult who has more things to worry about in your life, then you may be a little rusty on the concept.
Today, we are telling you everything you need to know about finding the area of a circle, so you will never have trouble calculating one ever again in your life.

How to Find the Area of a Circle using Radius?
The simplest way to find the area of a circle is through its radius, which is the distance between the center of the circle and any point on its circumference or edge. So, if you have the radius of the circle, all you have to do is square it and multiply it with pi or π.
If you want, you can leave the answer in terms of pi or use its value as 22/7 or 3.14159 to find the exact area till its decimal points.

How to Find the Area of a Circle using Diameter?
While this is a pretty straight forward solution, the answer 's hard to find when the radius of the circle is not available. For instance, how to find the area of a circle with the diameter? Diameter is the length of a line between two points on a circle passing through its center. Therefore, the diameter is twice as long as the radius. So, to find the area of a circle through its diameter, all you need to do is divide it in half and use the radius to ascertain the area.

How to Find the Area of a Circle using Circumference?
There could be more complex questions like how to find the area of a circle with circumference? Though it may seem a little tricky, if your concepts are clear, you will have no trouble dealing with it either. In case you don’t know, circumference is calculated using the formula “2πr”. This equation gives the radius as circumference divided by 2π or C/2π. By finding out the radius, you can easily find the area of the circle. However, there is another formula as well. If you want to skip finding the radius, you can square the circumference and divide it by 4π to get the radius.

How to Find the Area of a Circle using Sector Area?
The trickiest case is when you have to calculate the area of a circle using sector area? A sector is a portion of the circle enclosed between two radii. In this case, you need to be aware of two things; what is the area of the sector and what is the angle between the two radii! Once you have the two measurements, what you do next is multiply the area of the sector with the fraction of 360 and the central angle.
