I have changed my password many times. I think they are best password protectors. Even the owner of the Email ID cannot really recover the password many times. I have applied the method of putting my ID on 2 Step-Verification. This makes it even tougher for hackers. Once you click on, “Forget Password", Google asks you to recover your password by confirming your old password. I had dealt with two kinds of questions; one is to ask for the old password and the second one poses a security question. So, if you remember either, you can reset your password easily.
