In fact, all the oils that we majorly use in our kitchens like olive oil, canola oil, and sesame oil can be extracted using the cold pressed method.

Health Benefits Of Cold Pressed Oil

Unlike other oils, cold pressed oils don't result in the formation of cholesterol in the body.
