Since a sound sleep is indispensable for the healthy functioning of the brain, it is important that you identify the cause of your morning fatigue and fix it at the earliest. Here are some common causes of your morning tiredness and some tips to wake up healthy and refreshed:-
#1. Sleep Schedule

Going to bed at different times implies a disruption in your sleep consistency as your mind and body are unprepared for your sleep timings. This eventually results in a lack of energy in the morning.
#2. Screen time

Going by the modern lifestyle, people use a large portion of their bedtime by either binge watching a TV series or on messaging applications. The rays of our screens do nothing but trick us into staying awake and ultimately make us feel drowsy in the morning.
#3. Caffeine

Caffeine consumption has the potential to disrupt out sleep quality and make our mornings lethargic. It is highly recommended to avoid tea or coffee intake after 2:00 p.m.

To reduce the amount of time you take to sleep, do not spend the day on your bed. Trick your body into believing that your bed is only reserved for sleeping. This will ensure you a happy morning by improving the quality of your sleep.

Early mornings could be tricky for some of us. Not everyone is a morning person. There are days when it is amazingly difficult for me to wake up early, but then there are days when it's just fine and I feel fresh and energetic.
I think that most6 of the people are dealing with this problem. Although there are ways that you can get away with it, but, sadly in involves things like sleeping early and that my friends is not possible.
Sometimes, the stress of the work (and its boredom) also makes us tired while we think that we did not had enough sleep!
Getting up in the morning is so hard!! I lie in bed every day wondering is it even worth it to leave my warm comfortable bed to socialize with the world outside. This happens despite sleeping on time and caffeine is a motivator to get going. If I leave that then getting up in the morning will be a far worse affair.
