But Are Styes Contagious?

Are Styes Contagious To Babies?
Styes are most common in kids because they are not particular about cleanliness. Rubbing the eyes with dirty hands causes the bacteria to block the oil glands present in the eye. The blockage prevents the oil from secreting and hence a stye is formed. The bacteria might get transferred to another person, but the formation of a stye is quite less.
