The best salad for glowing skin and healthy stomach is leafy green vegetables with a little tack of cheese. I think the easiest salad to make would be the Cucumber Avocado Cauliflower Salad. It's rich in detoxification and is filling in terms of consumption. Furthermore, did you know salads are essential as they kick start your day with a rejuvenated body and mind?Although, I have not tried customized salads, I believe they can really make a difference to your glowing skin.
