At present, bookings for the 1500 Jio phones are closed. It was suspended only after a day and a half when the booking process started on the evening of 24th August 2017. There again will be another chance to book the Jio phone when the booking process starts next. Though it is still not confirmed when will it happen, yet we're eagerly waiting to get our hands on the Jio Phone.

However, the ones who were fortunate enough to book the handset on the first booking date can check their Jio phone booking status. The Jio phone delivery status is still not clear except that the handsets will be out in the month of September. But you can still make an online Jio phone booking status check or make the Jio phone booking status check toll-free (offline).
#1. Jio Phone Booking Status Check Toll-Free (Offline)
If you have booked the 1500 Jio phone on the 24th of August 2017, then you can easily make use of this toll-free number to get the details of your Jio phone booking status.
The toll-free number is mentioned in the SMS that you had received upon booking the phone. The message includes details like transaction ID, units registered against your particular contact number along with the toll-free number. Call on 1800-890-8900 and just follow the IVR instructions. For now, there's no specific detail given out just that the phones will soon be available. Upon coming closer to the distribution date, it is expected that Jio phone delivery status will exactly be clarified.

#2. Online Jio Phone Booking Status Check
To make an online Jio phone booking status check, you need to open the MyJio smart phone application. Tap on the option that says, "Manage Booking." You will have to provide the registered phone number along with the OTP received, and there will appear a "My Vouchers" page. Till now, the Status field is left empty. However, it is assumed when the Jio phone delivery commences; you will get to see the exact date along with the store you can get the device from.
You can also transfer the 1500 Jio feature phone booking using the smart phone application. Click on the "Transfer" option under the "Manage Booking" category.

Sign up for notifications on Jio's official website to know about when the next Jio phone booking will begin. Register for the Jio free feature phone providing your personal details like name, phone number, email ID, identity proof along with address proof. Once registered, you will receive an SMS that says “We will inform you when the pre-booking resumes.”
