Do you too have that gorgeous black dress hanging in your wardrobe waiting to be worn? Do you feel it calling you each time you look at it but can’t wear it because of those love handles? However hard one tries, it is just impossible at times to maintain your weight. Be it a woman or a man, those sitting jobs, that extra lobster last weekend, the ice cream tub in the refrigerator, each one of them is responsible for those extra unwanted pounds. It's okay; you can still get away with it.
A little motivation can help you get back to your workout routines. Read the article below to fit in your black dress again.
#1. Remember why you started working out in the first place!
Remember the day you decided to take those track pants out of your cupboard and get started? That was the day when you were highly determined and motivated to lose those extra pounds. Try thinking about the reason you started with it at first place. It will help you regain the lost enthusiasm.

#2. Go for group classes
Just like we love hanging out with our ‘group’ of friends, eating out with our favorite ‘group’ of people, work out too can be done in groups. Unlike the solitary reapers, some of us like to be surrounded with people. Group workouts keep you motivated, and it is fun to exercise with other people. The more, the better!

#3. Keep yourself surrounded with motivated people
Just being surrounded by individuals isn’t enough. You need to make sure that those people are highly motivated and will help you regain your lost motivation. Hanging out with people who are too lazy or are always procrastinating would only add up to your demotivation. Putting pictures of your favorite celebs or writing motivational quotes at places that you often check out is a sure sort formula. It might sound funny but putting up sticky notes with your desirable weight around the house will keep reminding you of your targets.

#4. Challenge yourself and your personal goalsA routine workout could sometimes be boring. It is important to keep setting small goals and challenging yourself to achieve them. Challenging yourself to run for a short distance of 0.5 kms could mark your beginning. Accomplishment of shorter goals will motivate you into taking up bigger aims.

#5. Use your favorite food as a reward
While working out we often tend to be overwhelmed with the enthusiasm and plan to skip meals. Food definitely plays an important role in weight reduction but skipping meals is not the way to go. One of the best tricks to motivate yourself could be that mouthwatering dish that you will allow yourself to eat only when you are done with the day’s workout. Does it sound interesting?

#6. Make your workout interesting and exciting
Workout is not meant to be always boring. With so many sports activities lined up, you can skip the conventional gym workouts. Make a gang of friends who are equally motivate as you and take up weekend activities like mountaineering, bicycling, diving or maybe participate in marathons. Such activities will help you stay motivated and fit.

#7. Regret skipping your workout
Working out shows results only when done the right way and in a disciplined manner. Skipping your routine or having more cheat days than required will never give you the desired results. If you really want to get fitter, start regretting the days you avoided your routine. It will help you to not repeat doing it.

Keeping myself motivated is the most difficult thing. We are surrounded with many negative people around us and they don't cease to break the morale of a person. One gets really demotivated. I like to be logical with the things people suggest me. When we think that we are getting demotivated that when I think, we actually get demotivated. No one can demotivate us without consent. The body language of a person tells many things about the character.Working Out in the morning and achieving my fitness goals keeps me going all day long.
Finding inspiration to start your working out is not an easy task. It needs physical and mental willingness. One can get back the lost motivation by joining group workout sessions. this group can be your own group of friends or other people who are also aspiring to get fitter. Ditching a regular gym workout for a peppy zumba class is a must try.
Okay so just imagine that you had a very hard day, full of work and your boss was also pretty pissed of at you. You do overtime because you had a lot of pending work also and now, ITS TIME FOR GYM!
Most of us imagine quite a similar scenario like always! What do we do next? Probably cancel our subscription to the gym and never go out to work. But is that the right thing to do? I don't think so people.
See, the thing is that it is going to get tough when you workout and you have to keep yourself motivated in order to do what you planned. But then, how do you do it. So always remember why you joined the gym, in the first place. This reason will go a long way with you and you will get instant motivation from it.
And the final push can be your company. Do not be with the people who demotivate you. and I am not just talking about workout. Whatever the case is, in your life you should never be with people who ask you not to do a particular thing. Because that way you will be going in a different direction and will never be able to recover from the guilt.
So mind your company folks!
