#2. Interact With Other People
Mind you that I am talking about real people here. The ones that you interact on the online platform and play the games together as a team.

Not to mention, multitasking (will become a daily job now). You will learn how to do it in the video game and practice it in reality.
According to the cognitive researcher Daphne Bavalier, people who used to play games like Call of Duty, etc. were much more comfortable with distractions related to sound and vision at the same time.

#8. Quit Or Start Over
These are the questions that we face as soon as we commit a mistake in a game. We face a similar issue in real life also.
So, it is clear that through video games, people learn to let go of something that they chose and move on or try it again and again until they succeed. An exact formula is required in the game of life also!

#9. Follow The Principles Of Game In Real Life
This means that just as we do in video games, we can follow a similar pattern in real life also to make the things easy.
It includes breaking up a big task in smaller parts called stages. Celebrate the successful completion of every stage (this will boost up our motivation and energy level). Set time limits to complete a particular challenge etc.

Video Games are the High On Demand Products. The Xbox PlayStation is one of the highly demanded good in a Teenager House who is highly addicted to playing video games. I have played a lot of video games as a child. I had this first video game installed at my home which used a cassette kind of thing to get installed on the computer and an external gun which was connected with a cable to the computer and you can hit the birds bouncing off the bushes and earn points. Though in today's world it will be the most boring game during those times I loved to play it for hours long. I have learned how to handle stress when one has to make a spontaneous decision and this really helped me in a long run. This is the best way to also increase the creativity. Now I have this game called Clash Of the Clans which I play incessantly. I find it really hard to stop myself. It's like building your own virtual world. Indeed Videos Games are a stress buster.
Playing video games is so cool and everybody wants to be a part of it. But, most of the elder people think that video gaming has nothing but negatives like not wanting to do any physical work or putting pressure on your eyes.
Even stress and anxiety are considered to be a cause of this video game. But, after reading this article I can very well see that there are many benefits of doing the same like being able to focus or concentrate on more than one thing at the same time and many many others.
So, I think that it is purely dependent on the type of game that will decide which type of benefit you will reap.
