Caffeine

I have found tea and coffee to be immensely helpful in staying up late. Also, a stroll might work but you will again start feeling drowsy once you come you come back from it. Also, do not try to stay awake too long. Sleep is essential for our body as that is when it resets. Give your body the sleep it requires and live healthy and long.

Drink Water

What helps me staying awake is a glass of cold water. I drink this whenever I’m feeling too drowsy or about to fall asleep, however, I am unaware of the scientific relevance. There are times when I just take a quick power nap when I am unable to keep my eyes wide open. At other times, when there’s no way out, I just like to divert my mind and switch to an activity that shall boost my stamina.
