I am an entrepreneur and have been running my own small firm in Singapore for a few years now. Though I have reached a point where I can make a decent profit from my business endeavors, I have consistently had trouble retaining B2B leads. And this has resulted in many wasted opportunities and losses. Perhaps there’s something that I am doing wrong. I realize that it is high time I did something about this issue as I can’t let my business suffer because of it.
The problem is, I am not exactly sure what I need to do. Any suggestions about how can I retain B2B leads?
