What are the things that can transform business to a higher level?

Are you tired of the conventional approach to marketing your products and services and wished you had that magic wand in your hand to transform your business to a higher level? 

Entrepreneurs may be paying more attention while creating complex strategies that improve business which may be futile and time-consuming.  It would rather be a wise decision to review the current business scenario and practices which may require revision as well as up-gradations.  This could fetch the organization a few simple ideas to transform the business to a higher level.  Here are some tips that may be used:

Prelaunching a product or service: Offering a product or service at discounted rates before its launch in the market is a good idea to attract a wider customer base.  This would also give a reason why the company is selling such product in the market and why the prospective customers should buy it. 

Adding uniqueness to the product or service:  What is it in your brand of goods and services that others do not have? For example, I may buy a mobile handset from any brand that I wish to.  All of them would serve my purpose of communication. But what if a particular brand has that added element or the 'X-factor'  which would provide me an added advantage that I would not get from others?  Yes, then I would certainly prefer that brand over others and many like me would do the same!  So the uniqueness or USP (Unique Selling Proposition) is a must if you want your business to stand out and become a face in the crowd.

Referral rewards and loyalty bonus: So your customer finally purchased your product or availed your service.  So what next? Do not put a full stop to it. The story doesn't end here. Make it more adventurous by spicing it up with referral reward schemes and loyalty bonus every time they refer a friend or purchase from you or avail your services again. This will motivate them to continue their dealings with you which in turn will ensure the continuity of your business! 

After-sales-service: Loyalty pays well. Remember if you remain loyal to your customers, you get the same back as well from them.  An after-sales service would make them feel important and cared for. This could include not only following them up on their product related issues but sending them birthday wishes, Christmas greetings and other such ways to maintain your relationship with them. Remember to take their feedback and suggestions too, so as to improve upon the areas where you are lagging behind or to detect the loopholes of the business.

Above all business demands creativity and innovation on a continuous basis. This may entail considerable time and effort. This can be however achieved faster with teamwork. If you have an efficient team in your organization who can pool in their ideas and bring them out in the best possible way, you will see the transformation taking place as you implement them along with the support of your team.
