Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jassos, directed by Anurag Basu might get delayed once again.
The filmmakers are looking for a better release date of the film. It was scheduled for release on April 7 this year. However, according to reports, the movie might not release on the scheduled date.
Jagga Jasoos movie has always been in the news because it has been in the making for quite some years. It was set to release last year, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Moreover, Ranbir and Katrina’s break up also created more news.
The reason Jagga Jasoos might not release on April 7 is because of CBSE exams. The CBSE class 12 board examinations for 2017 will commence from March 9 and continue till the April 29.
The director, Anurag Basu believes that Jagga Jasoos is a family film that will be enjoyed by school and college students. Therefore, he wants to release the movie in such a time when there will be no exams. He doesn’t want to release Jagga Jasoos in the middle of CBSE exams. He announced it in his tweet.
However, the director also said that Jagga Jasoos will be delayed only if he gets a better date for the release. So, there is nothing to worry for people waiting eagerly to watch Jagga Jasoos. The movie is not getting delayed due to any other reason.

Delaying release of 'Jagga Jasoos' was a wise decision as it was first decide to be released on 7th April but due to the board exams the director Anurag Basu decided to delay its release date because every student can watch it after the exams.
