La Madeline au Truffe by the House of Knipschildt is one of their most extravagant chocolates. The 1.5-ounce truffe comes presented on a bed of pearls inside a silver box tied together with a beautiful ribbon. Each piece is produced with 70% Valrhona dark chocolate. The ganache is made up of vanilla, sugar, Italian truffle oil and heavy cream. It would impress anyone!
Each exquisite piece gets prepared upon special order and takes around 14 days of delivery time. Apart from this, the chocolatier makes use of the rare French mushroom, French Périgord truffle that can easily cost around 1,000$ per pound and that's the real gem.
