According to a study, dark chocolate contains magnesium which helps you to put off to sleep.

Dark chocolate helps sleep better because Dark chocolate contains high level of magnesium as cells undergo the 24 hour circadian rhythm..

Recently study gives clues not only dark chocolate help you better for sleep but so many other food may you help better sleep like coffee, spicy food, alcohol, unhealthy fatty foods.
