It was since a very long time that I was undergoing an excruciating pain in several joints. Least did I know that my Vitamin D levels had started to drop. It was only after a blood test that I came to know about such a condition.
Since then, I have been consuming the Vitamin D soft gel capsules along with maintaining an everyday 15-minute sun exposure. I find the injections really unnecessary and painful. But, other than that, I just want to get off the supplements.
So, is there any natural way in which I can get my daily dose of Vitamin D without the pills? Please let me know about the other alternatives!
