Between long working hours, workout at the gym, spending time with family and other things, we need an instant power boost. While many things are apt for the purpose, most of us prefer to indulge in a refreshing energy drink. However, most energy drinks do more harm than good.
The biggest concern is the enormous amount of caffeine present in these. You may very well be aware of the fact that excessive caffeine intake can lead to a plethora of health complications ranging from headaches, migraines, insomnia and jitters to addiction, high blood pressure, diabetes and even cardiac arrest.
