I'm in my second trimester and love to indulge in a hardcore workout. Although after a series of consultations, my obstetrician has finally allowed me to battle my nausea and fatigue with a few cardio exercises. However, post my workout, I crave for instant energy to feel better and at peace. Resorting to huge gallons of water isn't a great help for my body feels the need to charge up. Pregnant women should try to stick to natural drinks rather than any artificial energy drinks.
