However, there are various other ways to deal with that workplace drowsiness. Here are some tips to stay awake at work without caffeine.

Yes, eye exercise is a legitimate thing. It can help you deal with the weariness effectively. You can just try rolling your eyes up and down, sideways or in a circle. A rapid blinking may also be a good exercise to keep the tiredness away.
