Now-a-days, we use various emoticons in chats and messages. We find them cute but they actually represent the labyrinth of emotions a human undergoes. Of them we tend to categorize crying as silly or much more derogatory way. But, in fact, crying is actually very good for your health. Through those tears, our body eases out the tremendous pressure, it was holding. It reduces the mental stress or trauma a person faces. The tears also help in protecting your eyes from drying up.
If you dig up, you could see umpteen numbers of uses for crying. But like I said before, it is shameful and unmanly if it is a man who cries. How absurd we are in deriding such illogical and strange moral laws, beyond rationale reason. Crying being the prerogative of women, the society is so brutal to mock at poor men who cry.
Being a female, perhaps, I cry often. And I am not ashamed to admit it. Especially, when I lose my temper, tears will start forming even without my knowledge. Most of the women, who had undergone pregnancies, will have depression issues during their post pregnancy period.
And you will find them crying for utmost silly reason or for no reason at all. But that is not madness. It is the body’s self defense mechanism, triggered, because of huge imbalance in hormones during post pregnancy. Even anger management issues will also be seen. But it is the near and dear, especially, her husband who must give a strong support to her during this short period. Or else, we could find your dear one falling victim to postpartum depression from which there will be no way out.
