Lots of people think graffiti is an art and some of them looking as crime. Graffiti art is appearance of human ability and thoughts. Should graffiti is illegal? If people interesting drawing then why use a building, wall, and any other properties? They should done it on paper.

Graffiti are lettering or pictures that have been scrawled, drawn, or decorated illegally on a wall or building or other properties surface, within public view. I think it should be legalize in society in each countries.
