Bajaj Pulsar, one of the most favored bikes of India is soon slated for a comeback. The bikes were discontinued in the year 2015 to facilitate the release of new variants as Pulsar RS200 and AS200. The new variant Bajaj Pulsar NS200 was recently put on display at an event in Turkey. It is being rumored that a new variant ABS might also be in the offering.
The bike is estimated to have a price range of 1.05 Lakh and it might face some severe competition from TVS Apache RTR 200 4V. The engine would be similar to its last variant and is likely to be 199.5 cc single cylinder. The triple spark engine will have fuel injection technology and is likely to be calibrated to meet the BSIV emission norms.

The engine will give a maximum power of 24.5bhp and the power is likely to be transmitted to the rear wheel through a six-speed gearbox. Minor upgrades as new seats and body graphics are likely to be present in this variant. The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS is likely to have an Anti-lock braking system.
Though Bajaj Motors has not shared any probable date for its launch, it is said that the bike might be released in the last week of January 2017.
