How to make the Most of your Cheat Day?

Being a fitness enthusiast and gym freak, there are rare occasions when I can indulge in a hearty feast and call it a "cheat day." Stuffing myself with all the calories even while my Fitbit keeps a constant check on the pounds gained often gives me mini heart attacks. Yet, there's always a fetish to dig into the delicious dishes. From pasta to pizza to quesadillas and nachos, what not! However, I feel it's still not enough to quench my Cheat Day hunger pangs.


Is there a way to get rid of such a feeling because it hurts to waste my energy and efforts in shedding those hefty pounds I gain on my Cheat Day. Please share your valuable suggestions in the dialog box below.

Eat something that you have been waiting to have, something you decided that you will eat on the cheat day. 

Now that you are already sweating it out so hard, you deserve a cheat day. Eat whatever you like without giving it a thought. A happy body makes a healthy mind. Eat like no one's watching !!
I will eat everything. 

You can go ahead and eat appetizing dishes every once a while. But make sure they don't have too much fat content as that's going to mess with your diet. You can opt for healthy and light food items like baked sweet potato, low-fat yogurt or maybe popcorn! These will quench your taste buds and keep a check on your dieting too. 

Eat something healthy and scrumptious which is good for health. Indulge but do not go to the extreme.
