Shilpa Shinde(Angoori from Bhabhiji serial) faces a lifetime ban from TV. Fair or not?

Shilpa has breached the contract for "Bhabhiji" serial by suddenly stopping the shoot and also signed another serial with other channel. For this behaviour she has been banned from working in TV for lifetime. So should be given another chance...

No that is not fair at all. She must be allowed to the shows.
