Tasks that you hate doing but must do

TASKS THAT YOU HATE DOING BUT MUST DO

Everybody loves comfort. People want to do whatever and how they wish to do. Nobody can tell or even ask for a work to be done as people prefer not listening to it.
There are many phases of life where a person is required to cope up and go along hand in hand with time as time waits for none.
Everybody loves sleeping as we all know, waking up late in the morning and sleeping late at nights, eating and drinking habits, misbehaving or hurting someone, doing exercise or yoga and many more activities are such a part of human life where they lack knowledge and want to work as they wish to in respective areas. People ignore a thing which in turns become their habit of ignoring leading to negative results to them. There are many tasks that people hate doing but it’s a must for them to do in long run, like,


1 – EARLY TO BED AND EARLY TO RISE

I am sure everybody must have heard this saying and it’s not just a saying, in fact it means a lot and for me, each and every individual should follow this. If you go early to bed at night, it’s obvious you would wake up early in morning the next day. This cycle should be followed each day by people, if he or she is a student or the individual. You all must have seen your grandmothers or fathers in the habit of waking up early in the morning. They do so to maintain their body, health and metabolism. This thing keeps a person active and gives them the energy to deal with the entire day ahead of them. One must follow this cycle to stay active the entire day.


2 – CLEANING YOUR ROOM AND CLEANING YOURSELF (BATHING) REGULARLY

This thing everyone hates to do especially boys. Don’t be lazy to clean your room. Cleanliness is directly related to health and if you and your room is not clean, it’s the house of germs and bacteria’s. Take a bath regularly to keep yourself clean. Your room is the first thing which you should properly take care of. Keep your things in order and live like a person not an animal.


3 – TRY TO BE PUNCTUAL

Whether it’s a school, an office, a college, or any important occasion etc. people should learn to be on time wherever they are off to. Punctuality marks your character. An individual tries to be slow and tend to fall late over things. Being punctual is an asset to you which everyone like you. Stop being late instead follow the rules. Punctuality is a must for everyone.


4 -  EATING HEALTHY DIET

People instead of eating healthy food deal in all sorts of junk food specially the youngsters. Your stomach is the path to your mind. If you will eat good, you look good and think good. Eat vegetables, fruits and I am sure this is always a point of discussion of families. Eating a healthy diet is a task which should be performed everyday in order to keep yourself fit and healthy and also free from diseases.


5 – DO EXERCISES, YOGA TO KEEP YOUR BODY BALANCED

Age is not a bar to keep your body balanced. Every individual should take out at least 20 minutes for his or her body. Exercises is a must task which people should not neglect. They keep body in shape and feels positive inside.


6 – AVOID ANGER

Anger is said to be the biggest enemy of a person. Anger leads to disheartening which might lead to a big loss. Anger makes a person senseless and loses their ability to think and even work. Anger is a self-destructing element so people should avoid it to much extent. Try to keep calm and mum when you get irritated on something. Don’t talk much and just drink a glass of water to avoid it. Anger should not take place in an individual’s life. Try to avoid as much as you can avoid it.


Likewise, there are many tasks which should be performed by people in their day to day lives. Positivity and a good conscious mind is a must for everyone to work effectively or to lead a good life. One should prepare a list of tasks he or she has to perform and which is a must for them. Devote your days to the tasks which you hate to do. Once you fall into habit of doing them for your good, that habit will remain forever with you because everyone knows habits remain till death with a person
