Are you aware of the rule of 'Carry Forward' in reservation? Is it beneficial for the total Reservation system? Well, when I first came across the term, it left me confused. On further looking up, I learned that this rule allows the government to do an end run around that rule by 'carrying forward' unfilled reserved posts from one year to the next. But how does it work?what has supreme court said ?
