On the morning of 9/11, a messenger sings "Happy Birthday" to his little girl, a billionaire argues with his better half in a separation hearing, a janitor begins his day, and a youthful Russian decides she's saying a final farewell to her sugar daddy. A gathering of 5 individuals gets themselves caught in a lift in the World Trade Center's North Tower on 9/11. They cooperate, never surrendering trust, to attempt to escape before the unfathomable happens.
