If you want to stay in good health for a very long period of time then it is important that you start going to bed on time. your body and mind need adequate rest in order to prepare for the next day and this is also the time when the body produces hormones that relieve you from stress. Furthermore, sleeping on time gives you a fresh start on the day and helps you sort out your planner and stay ahead of your daily tasks. Sleeping on time has helped me sort out a lot of things. It helps me get up on time and go for a jog which keeps me refreshed and healthy all day long. In case you are suffering from bad skin or under eye circles then instead of spending money on expensive creams, you can instead just sleep on time.

The benefits of going to bed are many and you can experience them yourself by reshuffling your schedule for a few days and sleeping on time.

Do you really think there is any one particular best time to sleep and wake up? Thought here may be for a sound sleep but waking up time sounds passé.  Waking up is monotonous term for especially the lazy people who become cry babies when they have to wake up. Though, it is asserted that a human must sleep for at least seven to eight hours to get up fresh and execute tasks well in time. Generally, people laze to sleep in the night because they have multitude of things to do like texting their friends, reading a book, watching a max, well it depends from person to person. It is actually called ‘personal time’. Hey there! Do whatever makes you happy until you get a sound sleep. Waking up time also depends on how much work you have to do in the morning so don’t go by what people say rather plan your schedule as per your priorities. Schedules vary from people to people. Live life the way you want and stay happy always because we just have one life to live to the fullest. I think as a personal opinion, sleeping for hours is the best thing to do if you are not burdened with any work :P
