People believe that very good salary means the person has job satisfaction. But not all times the person receiving handsome salary are happy with their jobs. They have to work many hours a day which is tiring. Also there are possibilities that their work atmosphere is not good or colleagues are not supportive.Just because they are earning good that doesn't mean that they are happy with their current job. Studies show that very few people are satisfied with their job and are also earning well. But most people are having only good salaries but their mind and soul is not satisfied with the job. They are working like emotionless machines.
