Is MBA a Prerequisite to get a Good Job?

Today's world has no formal mode of an education process. Everything is business, analytical, and structured. People join colleges to see if they can run into multinational companies in future, rather than gaining knowledge. It's all about lifestyle and less about the knowledge gain. Studying is described as a learning process, which has no value in this era.

M.B.A or specifically called as Masters in Business Administration is a more lateral process of pursuing higher education. The current trend of pursuing M.B.A is because of its job benefits. One can be assured of getting a quality job even if the grades are low in his/her overall career.

The fact behind this is the fee that premier business schools charge. It is remarkable that education in the 21st century is solely a matter of finance. M.B.A courses start from 5lakhs per annum and end at around 25 lakhs.

In a way a business deal is done providing job opportunities to its students, a fixed one to be precise and hence employment is done. Nowhere we can see the general line of Master in science, commerce or arts thrive in today's generation.

Undoubtedly M.B.A is a must if you want a higher package in your salary (at least quoted by H.R recruiters). If you want atmosphere, corporate sectors, and employee benefits, M.B.A just might help.

Public sector jobs and opportunities have drastically declined, thanks to the salary package offered to M.B.A graduates. We don't disagree that M.B.A is a skilled course but at the same time, a growing country like India is more inclined on annual package rather than gaining the knowledge. This being the result of the tremendous cost of the M.B.A/P.GD.M courses.

Poor cannot fund themselves, and banks have limited funding, in a way richer people have the hold get into a lavish society and poor get into loops.
