I have just completed my Graduation and am looking for a good MBA college. Many people are recommending me to join a 3-tier or 4 tier college. What is this?

It completely depends on the individual how they will navigate their path in future.
There are a lot of people who have studied MBA from tier 3 or 4 colleges and it has not done any good to their future scope in terms of getting a good job. Go for a college that has an exposure based curriculum as it will imapct your learning better.
I don't think it is a nice idea to study MBA from tier 3 or 4 colleges. In the professional world, you degree matters as much as the place from where you've got it.
