Parent-child relationship: It's complicated

The relationship is the strongest bond between parents and their child. Parents are the lovely gift of god given to us. Be it mother or a father, they share an equal amount of love with their children. Our parents take care of us no matter what. Even if we do mistakes, they are the first ones to help in getting out of it. They even sacrifice their whole life for us. Nothing can replace them in our lives. we all must have heard that god can’t be with everyone so he made parents. That’s why we consider them valuable to us. They are the important gem in our lives which if lost, life seems to come over at the end.


The modern era is the time where the relationship between parents and their child seems to be complicated. Don’t know for what reasons but children now do not respect their parents and feels that they are struck between them. As the technology is expanding day by day, it has made children so busy into it that they even don’t have an hour’s time to sit and talk to their parents.

Somewhere or the other children have lost their importance in their lives. These day’s children want to be free and away from their homes just to have fun and do whatever they wish to do. At home, they feel like, as if in a prison. Children even do not like to listen what their parent is telling them. With time, everything is changing. Children have started hating their parents.

We should always remember this, that parents never say no to anything. They keep trying with their children to improve them. They will always be on our side no matter what because they are our parents. They have given birth to us. They have taught us to walk, read, learn, eat. Parents are always into their children because they love them. They don’t want their children to get hurt.

Parents are much more experienced than us and have seen the world outside more than us. Children always forget that their parents have their eye on them all time. They will never let their child do wrong and always protect him or her whatever might be the situations. Our parents care for us and that’s the reason they are always after us. They scold us for our benefit only because they love us too much.



Children should always respect their parents because they deserve it. A child should remember that nobody is more loving to him than his parents. It is them, who protect us from the evils of the society. Our parents are our whole world and children should understand it.

There is no one more caring and dear to you rather than your parents. Obey them always. I would say Parents and children share a loving relationship and would like to suggest every child to let it be, in spite making it a complicated one.

Now a days generation gap is the big issue between children's and parents. you cannot expect that your parents can understand each and everything but parents should try to understand the happiness of their children instead of insulting and hurting them. Always said and mentioned in the forums now a days that parents are more friendly with their children's .....I dont agree on it because 95% parents never trust their children's and  they want implied things on their children. But I stronly agree that each and every child has to respect their parents and no matter how busy they are in their life.... they should have to give time to their parents.
