Quick & Simple Exercises For Getting Rid Of A Double Chin

Want to get rid of that double chin but don’t know how? Believe it or not, surgery and other ultra-expensive cosmetic treatments are not the only way you can remove that double chin which has been running your beauty.

Take a look at some simple and easy exercises that will help you get rid of that ugly double chin in no time.

#1. Straight Jaw Jut

This simple exercise has been found amazingly helpful in getting rid of the double chin. What you do is tilt your head backward, looking at the ceiling and push your lower jaw forward till you feel the stretch under the skin. Keep your jaw in that position till the count of 10 and then bring it back to the original position.

#2. Pucker Up

Similar to the above-mentioned exercise of removing the double chin, it requires you to tilt your head back while sitting and pucker your lips like you are about the kiss the ceiling. This will stretch the area underneath your chin and help remove fat from the area. You can do this exercise few times a day, and soon the change will be visible to you.

#3. Neck Stretch

This double-chin removing exercise requires you to make use of your tongue. Sit in the position just like in the above exercise, with your head tilted back looking at the ceiling, and press your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Hold your tongue in the same position for about 5 to 10 seconds before releasing the pressure. Do this exercise 10-15 times and make sure to take short breaks in between.

#4. Ball Exercise

Here you need a prop, a small ball with 9 to 10 inches in diameter. What you have to do is place the ball under your chin and push your head down against the ball. To see considerable changes, make sure you do this exercise 20 to 25 times per day.

#5. Tongue Stretch

They say tongue is more powerful than the sword and such is the case when it comes to cutting down that double chin. While in a sitting position, look straight and stretch your chin out as far as you can. The next step is to move it upwards towards the nose. Keep your tongue in the same position for about 8 to 10 seconds before bringing it back to your mouth. This has been found effective in removing the double chin.

#6. Bottom Jaw Cut

While looking at the ceiling with your head tilt back, turn your head to the right and slide your bottom jaw forward. After keeping it in the same position for about 10 seconds, get back in the neutral position and repeat it on the left side.

#7. Neck Roll

Does your neck often hurt? This exercise will cure your neck while taking care of that double chin. While in the standing position, drop your head to the chest and start rolling it to the right, holding it there till the count of 5. Then bring it back to the original neutral position, and then roll your head to the left.
