Researchers find Painkillers without side-effect

There is some good news in the store. Researchers at Charite University in Brazil have been able to develop a new way of developing painkiller. The researchers have been able to use computational simulation. This means they have been able to analyze cell’s docking site for painkillers. This has been used on animals and it was found that substantial pain relief has been seen in the case of inflated tissues.

The good part is that healthy tissues remain unaffected and this means that side effects associated with painkillers will now be a talk of the past. This can be better explained with an example. Opioids are a type of painkillers which are strong indeed. These have been used to cure pain which is associated with inflammation and tissue damage.

The common side effects are nausea, constipation and respiratory arrest. With this development the side effects will not occur and taking antibiotics will be an easy thing. Researchers with help from computational stimulations were able to analyze morphine like molecules and work on their interaction with opioid receptors.

The research can be of use in other areas too apart from pain relief and will be of particular relevance for receptor research. This means that it will not only be limited to painkillers but will include many other drugs too.

We can not say that painkillers will be 100% safe but if we consume natural painkiller then it may be more safe then in comparison with other painkillers.
