With 5G wireless data coming soon, much is likely to change on the internet front. 5G will change your life drastically, be it in your office, home or some other place. The relevance of 5G can be understood from the fact that Tim Baxter, President and Chief Operating Officer of Samsung Electronics in America recently pointed out that 5G will be able to connect everyone and everything.
5G will be a trendsetter over 4G in terms of speed. It will generally offer speed which is usually reserved for gigabit fiber optic connections. Even majority of people in America do not have access to this kind of internet speed, as of now.
The responsiveness on our mobile devices is likely to increase tremendously with the advent of 5G, speeds which cannot be explained theoretically. Perhaps, as human beings, we might not need such tremendous internet speed but with robot surgeons and self-driven cars being normal in the coming decades, 5G is certainly needed.
The obstacles in ensuring comprehensive 5G coverage are also too many. Infrastructure up gradation will, of course, be needed for effortless 5G service. High-frequency spectrum will be needed for 5G network and many more cell sites will be required in coming times.
The wait is not going to be much longer and you can expect to see 5G being introduced by the year 2020.
