Types of toxins and how they get eradicated from the Human System.

Anything that has no nutritional value and could harm the function of our human system can be called as a toxin.

The toxins can be external and internal.

1. External

From the outside source, the toxins could enter and cause ill effects to the body.

They can be:

 • Due to pollution, as we inhale pollutants, smoke, etc, they become toxic in nature.

 • Drugs - The life-saving drugs too could become toxins if they have expired. An excessive usage of certain drugs could affect the liver, therefore, always check with the doctor before taking in tablets, especially over-the-counter ones.

 • Germs - When we come in contact with our pets, the bad germs could enter our system through touch.

 • Pests - When we consume pesticides-treated foods, the chemicals become toxins.

 • Even cosmetics like lipsticks, mascara, eyeliners, etc could be toxic too.

How the system gets rid of external toxins?

  • First and foremost one would be our skin, which is multilayered and thick and so prevents the entry of bad microbes.

 • There are people who would hate to sweat, but its saltiness sees to it that bad microbes do not thrive on our skin as they find it difficult to enter a salty environment.

Our eyes have tears, which would wash away the toxins from the eyes.

 • Our nostrils have small hairs and mucous, which would sneeze out the harmful pollutants.

 • Our mouth has saliva which checks the entry of the toxins via consumption.

2. Internal

There are toxins which could be produced inside the body too, which could alter the functioning of the human system.

Normally, the regular passing of stool and urine actually eradicates and removes the toxins from the body.

When one has poor bowel movements, the waste from the metabolism remains in the system and become more toxic in nature.

When our stomach or the gut becomes infected with bad microbes like fungus, bacteria, etc, it would produce toxins.

How the system gets rid of internal toxins?

• Many of the gaseous toxins in the stomach are released out as gasses.

• The liver has its own part of getting rid of toxins too.

• To combat constipation, take fiber rich foods with enough water, and the system would successfully take care of the rest of the toxin-excretory routine.

Staying healthy with a well-balanced diet rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, raw fruits and vegetables, proteins, a moderate amount of carbohydrates with enough water would make our human system get rid of the toxins naturally.

After all, what we eat is what we are!!!
