Also, note that you should not remain in those clothes with which you finished your gym session. Change the clothes which are covered with sweat as immediately as possible. This is a matter of hygiene. And if you do not follow it, you may catch with some skin infections. Hence, change your workout clothes and take a shower.
You should also not consume alcohol just after finishing your gym session. Alcohol lowers the testosterone levels. Thus, it hinders in muscle gain.
Qualitative sleep plays a significant role in muscle gain. Hence, you are also required to sleep properly. According to some reports, poor sleep has a negative impact on the strength and size of the muscles.
