What are some places that could help me get the advice of a literary agent quickly?

Are there any forums, or other such media, that allow you to post questions that are likely to be seen by people in this industry?

I am familiar with the traditional query route. However I want to post a non-fiction/memoir concept submission. Somewhere that I am likely to get a quick response or discussion. I have been encouraged to write such a book based on my past experiences. The individuals who encouraged me were two literary professors. One was also a published author herself. However mainly in academic circles. I do not want to go into too much detail.

However, I lived for a period of time with a famous organization. This group is not the type that most people leave and openly talk about. In fact to my knowledge, and that of the people that encouraged me. There are no "tell all" style books or other accurate accounts of this place. Think Scientology, but if no one had ever spoken out about it.

Is there such a place where I could post this type of concept? Or any other way to have the relatively quick opportunity to get guidance or advice from industry professionals?
