Now with Introduction of Udyog Aadhar , you have to furnish your Aadhar card details and your name . And verify One time Password and fill One page form Stating your Enterprise Name, Type of Organization, postal address , Date Of Commencement, Bank Details , Major Activity, NIC Code, Bank Details etc.Udyog Aadhar Is One Page Form , Udyog Aadhar Certificate is Sent directly to your Registered Email Id and Udyog Aadhar is in form of a certificate that has 12 alphanumeric Registration number situated on top of Certificate that denotes that a Small and Medium business is registered entity in India.

What Is Udyog Aadhar Memorandum ?

Uam or Udyog Aadhar Memorandum Is Registration Form That Is Single page and In this form The MSME Unit Unit will declare bank account details, promoter/owner’s Aadhaar details and other information that is required. Udyog Aadhar is filled by the MSME unit on Self Declaration and no Supporting document is Required to Be uploaded , but if there is any case then Officers or authorized person from State and Central Government can ask For Documents.

After clicking This you will recieve a otp on your mobile number as provided in Aadhar card . You need to enter to Complete Validation Process.
