"Wonder Wheel" returns Mr. Allen to Coney Island, the youth home of his adjust conscience Alvy Singer, the storyteller of "Annie Hall" who cases to have grown up under the event congregation's crazy ride. The lives of four people including Ginny, a candidly unstable former actress and now filling in as a server in a quiet house; Humpty, Ginny's unpleasant cut merry go round administrator spouse; Mickey, a handsome youthful lifeguard who longs for turning into a dramatist and Carolina, Humpty's alienated little girl who is avoiding hoodlums at her father's flat, gets intertwined in the midst of the hurrying around of the Coney Island entertainment mecca in the 1950s.
