Life is a learning process. It is a constant endeavor for us to improve ourselves & better our lives. We have one life, and it’s important to make it count. For those who believe in the concept reincarnation, what’s the harm in getting a head-start for the next life?
The process of self-improvement begins with discipline & a sincerity to upgrade our way of living. Here are 10 habits that can help you get there & transform you:

No more hitting the snooze button. Most successful people begin their day early, some begin as early as 4 am. Brainstorm ideas when the world sleeps. The best ideas will come to you then. Plan your battles for the day ahead when it is much quieter.

No real need to all Rocky on your workouts, but a moderate amount of exercises can go a long way. Avoid that awesome cheese burst pizza or that pathetic excuse of a meal at McDonald's. Eat healthy foods, avoid sugary colas & highly caffeinated energy drinks. And kick the butt, no we mean the cigarette butt! Notice the difference.

Every single day, imagine the person you want to five or ten years from this moment. Set your goals. Plan how you’re going to achieve them. Define your own idea of success!

Keep a track of your finances, be aware of your expenditures. Plan ahead & focus on growing your wealth through wise investments. Have long term financial plans along with short-term plans.

This is considered to be one of the most important attributes of successful people. They surround themselves with optimistic people. In turn, it affects the way they lead their lives. Weed out the bad influences in your life & surround yourselves with people who have a positive approach to life.

It may be a simple smile exchanged with a stranger, buying a food for a poor person, helping an old person cross the road. You need not pre-empt your actions, let them be spontaneous.
