5 Gorgeous Ways to Apply Kajal For Different Occasions

If you are amongst those who literally cannot walk out of the house without donning an eyeliner or Kajal/ Kohl, then this article is for you. We bring to you five different Ways to wear the black kajal or for that matter sport any color Kohl to get a perfect look for five different occasions.

Wave off the traditional looks and get in those conventional runway styles!

#1. The Minimalistic Yet Casual Look

This lining style would easily be your everyday, weekend and casual look. It's natural yet gives that chick-like appearance to make you stand out from the rest. There are several ways to sport this look but you need to choose the suitable one. It's an easy-to-do style with no frills or flairs. Amongst the best ideas about Kajal, the fundamental custom includes (a bare look):

Equal Lines - You can equally line the upper & lower lashes by applying a lighter coat of kajal. That's it!

Upper Lashes Only - When you need to be formal yet casual, simply line the upper lashes with a pencil kajal that also accompanies a smudger on the other end. Work smoothly and don't overdo.

Lower Lashes Only - Simply darken your pale eyes with this gorgeous look. Apply kajal on the lower lash line and leave the upper lashes bare.

This look goes relatively unnoticeable. You just need to be careful in not over lining the same. Remain as close as possible to the water lines. And give the illusion of widened set of eyes.

#2. That Perfect Work Day Look

This look of yours should remain neutral, easy while applying yet significant when seen. Your work day look shouldn't go over the board neither it should be below the line.

Therefore, one of the looks can be this way (Kajal & Mascara):

Start by applying a nude color eyeshadow that matches your skin tone. Line the outer corners of both your lower and upper lashes. You can use the connect-the-dots method or simply stroke at one go from outwards to inwards or otherwise. Blend the two and make sure to smudge well so that the harder lines aren't visible. Also, curl your lashes and finish the look with a coating of mascara. You can preferably use brown mascara that looks much professional and goes well with any daytime style.

#3. Illuminated Evening

Your evening outing look is almost like the party look but towards the lighter side (Kajal and eye shadow). You can slightly use a shimmery eyeshadow to start with. From the midpoint, blend towards the crease with a darker eyeshadow. Line both your upper & lower lashlines with gentle strokes and finally smudge the two towards the inner corner. Make sure to not over apply the kajal and leave it illuminated yet natural.

If the evening requires a somewhat intense look, stroke the upper lashline with a deeper color powder eye shadow or apply a coat of eyeliner to complete the look. Make sure to go slow and smooth to not ruin the look as the powder eyeshadow might cause certain clings.

#4. Party Peepers

Party outfits and party makeups are two best things a woman can sport because that's what the occasion is all about. Give the best shot and impress others with your perfect style. Party looks can don several styles of kajal. Half of those can be clubbed with liquid/pencil liners or with eyeshadows and other such intense products.

Smokey Eyes is one of the looks. This is basically a smudged eye makeup and there's no need to go through several YouTube tutorials. Just practice once before the actual occasion and you'll be a pro. The simplest way is to use a creamy kajal.

Apply one layer of the kajal on your upper lashline and other on the lower line. Don't worry about getting neat strokes, just go about as you want. Take a flat brush to smudge it all generously towards the outer corners. Finish the look with mascara and that's all. Don't over smudge that it goes unnoticeable or don't under smudge that the look becomes vague. The look impressively highlights & adds depth to your peepers.

And not to forget, this is also the time to bring out those gothic or angelic wings to the outer or inner corners. There are different ways to wear the black kajal but amongst other gorgeous ways to apply kajal is to opt for gold or silver colors. They pop up your eyes and go well with just any bold party or wedding outfit.

This isn't really a full cat eye style for your eyes but a kitten looks to remain invisible yet express strongly. Don't use the darkest black but a coffee or brown color to start with.

There are numerous styles but this one would be your favorite night look. Simply line the upper lashline and extend the same into a baby cat eye. Don't curl your lashes and even restrict from using mascara. Let the twilight be as divine as the look!
