#5. Patchy Beard With Handlebars

#7. Short-Boxed Beard
If you’re an office-goer but are still hung up on keeping a beard, then this is for you. Acceptable in almost any office, the short-box allows you to let your beard grow a little. However, make sure to regularly shave the hair beneath and around your beard area.

#8. Amish Beard
It is almost like a chin strap, except that it is not. The facial hair grows along the jaw line just like the strap, but it eventually erupts into a full beard. It is also called a chin curtain and Shenandoah in some places.

#9. The Ducktail
This gives you the best of both worlds. It just falls somewhere between a well-groomed man and a rebel. The upper part of the beard is shorter while the lower part is allowed to grow in full swing.

#10. The French Fork
It’s not easy to achieve but here are the basics: grow your beard to a length of 3 to 7 inches, while keeping your cheek lines trim with a razor. Once your beard has reached its desired length, sculpt it into two forks.

#11. The Mutton-Chops
Who can forget Hugh Jackman’s famous Wolverine look that was inspired by this beard style? The mutton-chop gives a very dramatic and intense look to your face. While the sideburns are grown to the fullest, the chin remains clean-shaven. Not to forget, that it a bold look to carry and won’t look good on everyone.

#12. The Yeard
As the name suggests, a yeard is any beard that has been allowed to grow for a year. You don’t have to particularly take care of anything for this beard. All you have to be is wary of it and just let it flow at full swing. However, if you work in a corporate setting, a yeard might not be considered appropriate for a formal environment such as where you make your living.

The Garibaldi is a wide and full beard with a rounded bottom and integrated mustache. It’s ideal if you’re looking for a slightly unkempt style. Keep the mustache neat to keep the focus on your beard.

#14. The Sparrow
Another beard that is inspired by a Hollywood celebrity; this beard that embodies the spirit of Johnny Depp’s iconic character Jack Sparrow (hence the name), it is a one-of-a-kind mix of mustache, soul patch, and goatee-like whiskers that are at the least an attention-grabber, if not a crowd pleaser.

#15. The Verdi
There’s a lot going on with a Verdi. The style includes a mustache that’s separate from the beard (and must be kept impeccably neat) while the beard is rounded at the bottom and kept fairly short.

#17. The Warrior
The Warrior is one of the more unconventional beard styles out there. It will take you a while to grow, but when it does it looks incredible. With a distinctly Viking-like appearance, the Warrior is everything you want in a beard.

#18. The Bandholz
The Bandholz is going to take some time to grow, expect to wait at a minimum of 6 months to amass this beard. It is going to look hobo-esque and unkempt as you wait for your beard to grow in length, but the wait will be well worth it. Maintain the length and girth, and leave your scissors and razors untouched.

#19. The Two Tone
There are beard styles that tell the world you’re a man, and this is one of them. It is a very respectable beard style. Grow your beard full, but let it grow longer below the chin, so it makes a pointed goatee shape of sorts. Then, color the middle strip of this in a different color, or trim out all the black hairs and let only gray grow there.

#20. The Beckham
Growing up, there was not a single girl who didn’t have a crush on David Beckham. Along with that mystical face, Beckham had a beard that he didn’t work too much on; and surprisingly that became the major appeal of it. It is perfect for a casual look and you also don’t have to work too hard on it.
