Benefits of Hydrogen peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is composed of water and oxygen. It kills disease causing organisms by oxidation. It has anti-bacterial, anti viral and anti fungal properties. 

Here are uses of Hydrogen peroxide.

Cuts and infections - Hydrogen peroxide heals cuts and wounds. Even gangrene can be healed by using hydrogen peroxide. It stops bleeding and oozing. It helps in removing dead tissue.

Foot fungus - Add one or two teaspoons of 3% Hydrogen peroxide to a small bucket of water and soak your feet in that. It is also helpful in removing tiny mites from your skin.

Detoxifying bath - Add two tablespoons of Hydrogen peroxide to your bathing water.

Cleaning contact lenses - It has ability to clean the build up from your contact eye lens.

Mouthwash - Take one cupful of 3% hydrogen peroxide and gargle with water. Use it as a mouthwash. Hold it in your mouth for ten minutes.

Toothpaste - Mix a little baking soda with 3% hydrogen peroxide. Use it as a toothpaste. This toothpaste will also brighten your teeth. Apply this paste to your brush and use it.

Lighten your hair - Add one teaspoon of 3% Hydrogen peroxide in half bucket water. Use this for head bath. Use this as a conditioner. Your hair color will gradually lighten and give you highlights.

To clean kitchen surfaces - You can use 3% Hydrogen peroxide to clean your kitchen surfaces. It can be used for cleaning utensils, fish tank, bathrooms and lavatories. You can also add one tablespoon of 3% Hydrogen peroxide to water and use for cleaning the floor. Add one tablespoon of 3% Hydrogen peroxide to a bucket of water. Soak your clothes or make a paste with your detergent and apply directly on the stains of blood, coffee etc.

Vegetable soak and wash - 3% Hydrogen peroxide is non toxic. It can be used to soak and wash your vegetables. Just add three tablespoons of 3% Hydrogen peroxide in a small tub of water and use it for soaking and cleaning vegetables.

6% percent Hydrogen peroxide can be used for beauty purpose like cleaning face , 35% Hydrogen peroxide can be consumed.
