#1. Good looks, Good Looks, Good Looks

#2. Height
You must be thinking that job is not a sport that you have to think about physique, but unfortunately, the harsh truth is that people are discriminated for their height.
A 2004 study by Timothy Judge at the University of Florida showed that taller people get minimum $789 every year more than the average or petite workers.

#4. Hair Color
It’s hard to believe but even your hair color determines your pay. A 2010 study from the Queensland University of Technology clearly stated that blondes earn 7% more than women having hair of any other color.
This study also found out that blondes marry men who earn almost 6% more than the husbands of women of another hair color.
Probably that saying, ‘ Blondes have more fun’ comes out to be true!

Even those who are not very regular but go to the gym twice or thrice in a week also have the advantage of 5% higher pay than the coworkers who do not go the gym.

#7. If You Are Finger Licking Good…Then It Might Be A Problem
According to Newsweek survey, if you have extremely good looks, (you very well know whether you fall into this category or not…so please don’t get carried away…you’ll regret it later), then there are chances that you may not get selected for jobs that have high paychecks and stick to the jobs that require merely amazing looks like receptionist etc.

#8. Facial Hair!
The study of ACLU disclosed its survey results which showed that men without facial hair are given a higher raise than their counterparts. Although there has been another popular study which says that men with mustache are seen to be distinct than the rest of the crowd and given a higher raise.
