1. To make this Chana Dal and Raw Mango Hash, start by soaking the Chana Dal in enough water for about 1 hour. Then, drain all the water and blend the soaked Chana Dal in a mixer into a coarse mixture. Take a non-stick pan, and heat some oil in it. Once the oil is heated, add rai and hing.
2. Allow the rai to splutter for about 10 seconds. Then, add Chana Dal paste, grated mango, coconut, haldi powder, green chilli and salt as per the taste. Mix well and saute for about a minute.
