How to create a magnificent life

Our lives are governed by a very attractive and charming angel who helps us in overcoming all the difficulties of our lives and helps us creating very positively beaming life full of enthusiasm and happiness.

This angel lets assume is draped in a knee length cream colored satin dress. She has a white colored chiffon trail which is attached to the dress. The angel is taking your hand within her hands and leading you into a world of everlasting happiness. And you are now entering into a new world withholding in it boundless opportunities shining just for you. You are thus going to create a new life, which will be full of abundant charm and magnificence in every sphere of life.

1. Think Big, Bigger!

Albert Einstein has correctly said that “Logic takes you from A to B imagination take you everywhere.”

Now that you have decided to create your life in a magnanimous way, the very first step to creating such a dream into a reality is to think big. You should always think big to achieve bigger prospects in your lives. In every sphere of life, while taking every decision in your life, always choose the best possible option that is there available. Because unless you think big how can you ever imagine creating a great life? So enlarge your horizon!

2. Imagine it, achieve it!

It is said that the brain is the workshop of the soul. It is the brain where any thought comes first, whether it is your plan of creating a new venture, or if you want to publish your newly written book, or whether you want to perform with an international band in your favorite destination. This thought first enters your mind. Your mind is your workshop; here you can actually visualize whatever thing that you want to achieve in the real world. Here you can edit and magnify the scope of your dreams.If you can imagine what you dream you are already halfway in achieving your dreams. And remember dream big!

3. Bring the sunshine into your lives

Bring Vitamin D into your life. And you will create a much happier life. It is already known that the exposure to sunlight helps you in increasing your bone strength. But apart from that exposure to sunlight also helps in elevating your mood and increases enthusiasm and energy in the day to day life. A few minutes spent in the open sun increases the serotonin levels in your blood which is a mood elevator and it busts the stress.The best time to stay in the sunlight is the morning hours when the sun is very mild and not very harsh.

4. Laugh more

Try to laugh more. Have you ever seen little kids laughing heartily? Rarely do they ever get so stressed about everyday activities as we as adults get. It is because of the everyday increasing busy schedules that we have learned to leave behind our childhoods in a forgotten corner of our hearts.And which leads to so many cardiac ailments and other diseases.

Laughing reduces the stress and releases the hormones into our blood which make us happy. Even smiling works wonders to our health.

Always try to smile and laugh whilst carrying out your daily responsibilities. You should never let your inner child die, as childhood is surely the purest of all the phases and experiences of your life, free from the everyday stress and free from any anxieties.

Live your life childlike, stay young, stay free and live long.

5. Eat Healthy Food

In order to live a happy life, we all know that we must be healthy and fit first. Eating healthy and nutritious food must be your top priority if you want to achieve something great in your life. If you follow aforementioned 10 rules of healthy diet in your daily routine, I can assure you that your fitness will definitely reach greater heights.

a) Always try to eat home cooked meals

b) Avoid as far as possible the junk foods

c) Avoid canned drinks, carbonated drinks( coca cola, Pepsi, etc.,) and tinned products.

d) You must try to create a terrace garden in which you can grow fresh vegetables free from any chemicals.

e) Avoid caffeinated products such as tea, coffee, cold coffee, cokes, etc.

f) Hydrate your body regularly. Drink water regularly.

g) Take Aloe vera juice in the mornings to keep yourself detoxified.

h) If possible follow a vegan diet and avoid nonvegetarian food.

i) Follow an exercising routine in order to keep your body fit and healthy.

j) Also never leave your breakfast.

6. Be positive

Stay positive in your outlook towards life, in every situation and circumstance of your life.

Always stay positive and know that whatever happens happens for the best. We must always look on the brighter side of the life. Know that we all are a part of a big plan in this universe and that nothing on this planet happens without a reason. And we might not just be able to realize the cause of happening just now, but in the due course of time, when we connect the dots the bigger picture gradually becomes clearer.

Only then we get to see that whatever has ever happened in our lives was necessary for us and was apt for the situation, moreover for the bigger benefit of the universe as a whole.

Stay calm, stay positive and confident in your outlook towards life and everything else will fall into its place and life will be a joyride for you.

And so you will tap into a reservoir of immense energy, immense possibility, and a bright future in your life.
