# Stevia, will satisfy your sweet tooth and helps in reducing inches from your waistline.

# Stevia, may prevent heart disease.

# It has anti-inflammatory properties. It may treat diarrhea and heartburn.

You can buy Stevia in powder form or in liquid form. You can use it many ways. You can add it in your tea, coffee or sherbets. Just add one teaspoon of stevia to your tea or coffee. The stevia powder may taste bitter and all cannot enjoy this flavour. It may also be processed and may contain, methanol or ethanol, which are not good for health. So buying liquid Stevia or Stevia leaves is a better option.

Yes

Yes replacing sugar with Stevia is a really good idea. Its infact a smart way to eat sweet dishes without having bad effects on health. seems good health can be managed now with good taste.
