1.    Eating a well-balanced diet:

One of the best tips for glowing skin is to eat a well-balanced diet. Proper food can help you get rid of digestive disorders and remove skin impurities. 

•    To attain glowing skin naturally try to include protein-rich foods such as nuts, fish, vegetables, and grains, in your diet.

•    It is better to avoid processed and high-sugary foods.

•    Foods rich in Omega-3-fatty acids are great to reduce skin inflammation. So you should eat a lot of salmon, walnuts, and soybeans.

•    Adequate intake of fresh fruits and green vegetables is a must, as it can help you attain a spotless, clear skin.

2.    Drinking plentiful amount of water:

•    Mix equal amounts of gram flour with turmeric powder and add a small amount of milk or water to make a smooth face pack. Apply the pack on your face and leave it to dry. Rinse it off with lukewarm water, and while washing you can slightly rub the face back in a circular motion. 

4.    Aloe vera:

•    Extract the gel from the leaves of aloe vera, by just folding it in half.

•    Use a cotton ball to apply the gel on your face.

5.    Avoid the Sun:

Though Sun is the best source of Vitamin D and it can improve your health conditions. But excessive exposure to the harmful UV rays can cause sunburn and lead to unwanted tanning and dullness.

•    It is better to keep yourself exposed to the outer atmosphere during the early mornings like 6AM-8AM, as the sun rays are not scorching and harmful.

•    During the noon, the Sun emits the harmful UV rays that can damage the pigmentation of your skin and also lead to skin cancer.

Apply the mask evenly over your face and neck.

Let the mask sit on your face for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water.
